the NKSD's so-called "APRA Policy" "effective as of Friday, September 15, 2006 " (see attached) referenced by their attorney in this and prior complaints from September 2006 thru the current date, as not being valid.
The School committee's own meeting minutes of 9/13/06, just two days before it has been represented to the public and the AG's office that the police was made "effective," verify that the policy was never approved by the NK School Committee.

In fact, the official minutes of the meeting posted to the NKSD website reflect that the School Committee had legal questions that were never answered
Also, there is a pre-existing policy, EHAA (see attached) "Approved by the North Kingstown School Committee that sets forth rules wich are consistent with the RI APRA, but which are contrary to the Superintendant's APRA Policy" as represented to the public and the AG's office .
